Power Source: 200 KW FortisAB Grid Feed with Onsite 225 kVA 480/277 Padmount Transformer.

HOSTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Facility: 277V Industrial Digital Asset Center (Alberta, Canada)

Effective Date: May 2, 2026

This document constitutes the full standard operating policy for clients hosting Bitmain Antminer X9 units with Polyflex Capital Corp. By engaging our services, clients agree to the technical, financial, and logistical terms outlined below.

1. Technical Specifications & Power Infrastructure

Polyflex Capital Corp. operates a high-density industrial environment engineered specifically for the high-voltage requirements of the Antminer X9 (RandomX).

  • Electrical Feed: Units are powered via a 277V single-phase industrial output, derived from a balanced 480V 3-phase utility feed. This high-voltage configuration maximizes PSU efficiency and significantly reduces line loss compared to standard 240V residential setups.

  • Operating Parameters: The facility policy and billing are based on a standard hardware draw of 2,472W (±10%) per unit.

  • Environment: Units are housed in an industrial Upstream Data Hash Hut utilizing high-volume airflow management and hot/cold aisle containment. The facility employs industrial-grade filtration to ensure hardware longevity and peak performance.

  • Connectivity: Primary data is provided via a high-speed Starlink satellite link, ensuring low-latency pool connectivity and consistent uptime in decentralized, off-grid environments.

  • Monitoring: Individual power consumption is metered via Smart PDUs integrated with the LoadSync™ fleet management system, providing precise kWh tracking for each miner.

2. Fee Structure & Payment Terms

Fees are denominated in CAD to ensure price stability for domestic clients.

  • Fixed Management Fee: $175.00 CAD/ month per unit.

    • Covers rack space, cooling, facility security, high-speed network connectivity, and basic remote hands services.

  • Electricity Consumption: $0.12 CAD/ kWh.

    • Includes a monthly allotment of 1,859 kWh per unit for power ($223.00 equivalent).

  • One-Time Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $100.00 CAD applies to each miner upon initial installation.

3. Usage Thresholds & Adjustments

  • Excess Power Usage: If the monthly consumption of a miner exceeds the allotted 1,859 kWh by more than 100 kWh, an invoice for the additional usage will be issued at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Unused Power Policy: Credits for unused power will only be issued if the unused amount of a miner exceeds 100 kWh within a single billing month. Any unused amount less than 100 kWh will not be credited back to the client.

4. Shipping & Equipment Handling

Clients may direct-ship hardware to our facility under the following conditions:

  • Inbound Shipping: Hardware may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor. All shipping costs and transit risks are the sole responsibility of the client. Polyflex Capital Corp. is not liable for units lost or damaged during transit.

  • Verification: Upon arrival, Polyflex will perform a basic "Power-On" test. This does not constitute a technical warranty of the unit’s internal components.

  • Cancellation & Return: If the hosting agreement is terminated, all outbound shipping fees, insurance, and packaging costs are paid by the client.

  • Release of Equipment: Units will be crated and released only after the final invoice and a $50.00 CAD/unit de-racking fee have been settled.

5. Energy Sourcing Disclosure

  • Grid Priority: 100% of power is currently drawn from the Alberta Interconnected Electric System (AIES) to ensure maximum uptime and stability.

  • Renewable Roadmap: Polyflex is developing a 149 kW solar micro-generation array. The future integration of solar power will supplement the grid feed but will not increase the fixed $0.12 CAD/kWh electricity rate.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Liability

  • Uptime Goal: 98.5% (excluding scheduled utility maintenance).

  • Maintenance: Automated "watchdog" scripts will reboot units if hashrate drops to 0%. Physical reboots are included; advanced repairs are billed separately.

  • Liability: Polyflex maintains Commercial General Liability and site security (CCTV/Access Control). Clients are responsible for insuring their own hardware against manufacturer defects or internal component failure.

  • Custody: Polyflex does not take custody of mining rewards. All hashpower is pointed to the client’s designated pool.

7. Term and Termination

  • Standard Termination: Either party may terminate this hosting agreement for any reason by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party.

  • Immediate Termination: This agreement may be terminated immediately, without prior notice, if such action is required by law, regulation, or a valid court order.

  • Final Settlement: Upon notice of termination, a final invoice will be generated. All outstanding fees, including the $50.00 USD/unit de-racking fee, must be settled in full before hardware is released for shipment or pickup.

  • Abandonment: Hardware left at the facility for more than 60 days following the termination date without payment of storage or shipping fees may be considered abandoned and handled according to local provincial statutes.
